Goblin Grab
“So, as you know, Randurk Ashblade is looking for critters to fight against the gladiators in the Summer games. He really needs some weak fodder and the Rangers have found a camp of goblins living in some ruins not far from the village of North Meadow, around half a day’s travel to the north of here. Apparently led by a Hobgoblin chieftain, this group needs dealing with anyway before they pose a threat to the villagers. Capture at least eight of these – there’s a reward of 1,000gp up for grabs. As usual, anything else you loot in the process is of course yours to keep.”
Collector’s Request
“Right then, we have a job here from a collector who wishes to remain anonymous. Client confidentiality is very important to us here, of course. He’s after a long sword that was buried with some great warrior or other, donkey’s years ago. He has a map to the location of the tomb, which will be supplied if you agree to the job. He’ll pay 2000gp for the successful recovery of the weapon.
Apparently, he believes the tomb may be quite deep underground so bring your best climbing boots, haha!”
