The Cult of the Goat is the name given to a group of Necromancers and Demon Worshippers who have sworn devotion to Orcus, Demon Prince of the Undead. The Wyvern's Talon have encountered them on a number of occasions, and have defeated them every time. These depraved cultists were usually surrounded by Undead and in the midst of practising some foul magic or ritual. More recently, they have found ways to summon Demonic entities from the Abyss and use them against the party.
They have attracted the attention of the League of Enlightenment, who first tasked the Wyvern's Talon with investigating the cult's activities.
