This magical amulet was recovered from a defeated Half Orc fighter loyal to Virannon. This battle took place in a river-side warehouse in Ventelas, while the Wyvern's Talon were attempting to rescue one of Berrigon's field agents. The item is now worn by Finn Tahmuras. It is fashioned in the shape of Gruumsh's head and provides a +2 Natural Armour bonus to Armour Class. It was Identified by Kaldir Ratharin on the 13th Jalin 1425.
