It provides a +1 Enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls, and has the "Exhausting" property (as defined in Masters of the Wild, p.29). The weapon deals an additional 1d6 of damage and can be used for Sneak Attacks. However, all damage inflicted is Subdual. The name "Silencer" is inscribed upon the hilt in the common tongue.
